•All payments are final once training, strategy calls, or proprietary materials have been delivered.

•No chargebacks are allowed after receiving knowledge or services. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in legal action and service termination

4. Refund Policy

• Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days and returned to the original payment method.

• No refunds will be issued after the 7-day refund period or once a client has received access to training, strategy calls, or proprietary materials.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Follow the strategies and guidance provided by FullyScale LLC.

• Not resell, redistribute, or share proprietary knowledge or frameworks without permission.

Failure to comply may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Cancellation & Termination Policy

•Clients may cancel their service by providing 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

•If a client violates these Terms, FullyScale LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately without a refund.

•FullyScale LLC may also terminate an agreement if a client becomes unresponsive, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses our Services.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

•FullyScale LLC does not guarantee any specific outcome from its Services. Any examples of past results are for

illustration only

•We are not liable for any loss of income, missed opportunities, or business decisions based on our Services.
